At Eells & Tronvold Law Offices, PLC, in Cedar Rapids, we are two Iowa attorneys who devote our practice to assisting individuals and small businesses. We manage a general practice including but not limited to personal injury, civil rights and discrimination cases and estate planning and many other matters.

We practice law throughout the entire state of Iowa, including Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Marion, Hiawatha, Anamosa, Waterloo, Cedar Falls, and Dubuque. Personal Injury
As personal injury lawyers, we have a long record of successfully litigating personal injury claims. Past cases have involved car and semi tractor-trailer accidents, animal bites, slips and falls, assault and battery, premises liability, dangerous or defective products, medical and legal malpractice, and wrongful death.

Estate Planning and Probate
As experienced estate planning attorneys, we are very knowledgeable about preparing wills, trusts, health care surrogates, powers of attorney, and guardianships. As accomplished litigators, we can also help you receive the assets you are entitled to in probate court.

We handle personal injury and most civil rights and discrimination cases on a contingent-fee basis, which means we only charge you a fee if we recover compensation for your personal injury. Our attorneys fees in estate planning and probate matters are also very reasonable.
